The elongated marquise sits in a tall open basket held by six classic prongs, and is flanked by a pear-shaped accent diamond on either side that echoes its lines and draws the eye along the finger. A slender, high-polish band keeps the look clean and lets the gemstones do the talking. Made to order in your choice of 14K or 18K gold or platinum.
